Hey y'all today I'm just doing celeb stuff, it's really juicy today!

So I'm going to start off w/what you should've already heard about......

First off, Sandra Bullock and her continued situation. If you've been under a rock, basically she's been a victim of the Oscar Curse--cheater hubbie causes the filing of a divorce. She spoke to People magazine and also reveals that she and Jesse *cheater hubbie* had adopted a baby from New Orleans back in January. Sandra told them that she is going to raise the little boy on her own, as a single mother. He's too precious!!!

A lot of my friends had a problem with the fact that the baby was black....WHO CARES?!? He's a cutie pie and he is being rescued from the foster system. Some people were ignorant to the fact that he was from New Orleans because they're used to SOME famous couples only adopting kids from other countries (cough, cough Brangelina). Sandra adopted him from the USA--which is something else I applaud her for. This woman is one of the best actresses around right now, so versatile with her acting skills and she is holding her head up and staying strong even though Jesse did her dirty. Keep on keepin on girlfriend!

THEN....last night, The Hills premiered its newest season on MTV.

I don't watch the show, but this clip has surfaced, of course, for everybody to see. The clip is Heidi revealing her "new" self to her mom....clearly mama doesn't like it & has NO problem telling her daughter the truth. Now THAT'S the kind of mom we all need to have!!! (I know mine is truthful and has no problem hurting my feelings)

Also, this morning I was up w/Myles and I saw the ka-yutest 3 little old ladies on the Today Show talking about their new show that premieres tonight....Sunset Daze on WE TV @ 10 pm. It was described by Al Roker as Jersey Shore meets the Golden Girls....we'll see!

A lot of Glee fans are getting upset w/the fact that American Idol has run over by a few minutes for the second week in a row. Why do they care? Because it cuts off the end of Glee, therefore they aren't able to see the entire show.....if anybody is as much of a fan as me and you saw everybody tweeting about the "white girl singing a song from The Wiz", here it is! Enjoy!!

And if you were one of those fools who thought Bobby Brown was dead, he's not....so get over it!!

Chris Brown is in THE building....VA Stand Up!

So Chris Brown is going to be heading a Haitian benefit concert in Richmond on May 15 at 7 pm!

I've seen all of them in concert, and I wasn't disappointed, therefore I'm supporting them again! Well actually continuing the support of Haiti after the earthquake.

April is National Grilled Cheese Month!

HAPPY GRILLED CHEESE MONTH folks! In order to celebrate this delicious month I laid out some tips in making your boring grilled cheese sandwich into a mouth watering scrumptious delight.

1. Add a mix of cheeses! Don't just slap on two slices of American, but spice it up with Pepperjack and Swiss. A blend of cheeses is delicious and always makes for a better sandwich than plan ol' American.
2. Butter it up! Don't be afraid of the butter…butter both sides of your bread and lay it on THICK. When you go to grill, bake, or sear your sandwich in a pan it adds a nice, rich taste. And if you are worried about the fat that butter brings, margarine is a-okay.
3. Honey Wheat Bread! Honey wheat bread is DELICIOUSLY HEALTHY and a step up from plan white bread. Or you should also go for deli select thick bread; the more cheese you use, the thicker your bread has to be.
4. Accompany it with tomato basil soup! My all time fav! Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup will NEVER steer you wrong. And if your April is warm, then swap out that soup for a nice light fruit salad. Delicioso!

Dear Ms. Mfn,

I have a good friend who I met in college and she's been adopted as my sister from another mister who just stays ashy. Yet, I know that she does some grimy things to her so called "friends". It's never happened to me, but with this new guy I'm sort of talking to she's hinted that he's cute. She's really into black guys and recently I'd gotten an e-mail from one of her best friends stating that she'd slept with her now ex boyfriend.

I decided to stay out of their business, but I did keep that in the back of my mind. Also, she went on a vacation with a few of our other girlfriends last year and they came back telling me some crazy stories of things she'd done while they were down there. Again, I stayed out of it, but the acts stayed in the back of my mind.....I'm just really concerned that she's going to go after this guy I'm talking to now. She's already sent him a request to be his friend on Facebook and I just put a picture up of us. That sort of really sent off a red flag to me!!!

What should I do?!?

Dear Confused on the definition of a Loyal Friend,

Let me first school you on LOYALTY. The definition of loyalty is being “faithful to one's oath, commitments or obligations.” We all misconstrue and assume that all of our friends have to be loyal to us, when in actuality the only person they have to be loyal to is themselves. So with this harsh fact, you must know that this so called friend of yours is NOT LOYAL TO YOU! It's called being realistic. Welcome to realism.

With this found new realism, it sounds like your friend's only true interest in life is something that belongs to the opposite sex; a penis. She has history of not being loyal to her best friend, so why assume she'd bare you any slack? Especially since you stated that she already commented on the fact that he's handsome? Here is what you do in your new realistic world …

1. Tell him to NOT accept her friend request. If he likes you enough, then he will listen.
2. If you and her are really friends, tell her do NOT send him a friend request. There is no reason for them to communicate. At all.
3. And if the friend request is already sent, and he already accepted it, tell him to delete her.

And it is as simple as 1, 2, 3.

Life is an experience. Learn from it.

Thought I'd share that, so when you do go to these places, substitute your fries/potato for a salad of some sort! America is fat enough already (including me)

**That's all for local news but I'm about to go on a little rant about some things that have been going on nationally**

First off, I don't believe in abortions. Point blank.

With that being said, I hate to see selfish women who are going around just having sex and whoring around with whatever and whomever they want, without using protection. If you know that you're going to be a whore, USE PROTECTION. I mean I hate seeing cases where children are neglected and/or killed because of the fact that they have either been abused or they are with somebody who doesn't care about them. It hurts me so bad. There are so many women in the world that go through adoption because they aren't capable of having children of their own. So if there is a woman out there who knows she won't be capable of taking care of a child, just give it up for adoption.

I know it would be better for you both.

Second, what's up with all of this bullying and sexual assault going on in middle schools and high schools? I'm not that much older than the kids that are dealing with this stuff now, but really though it's just crazy.

One of my good friends from college recently sent me a text saying that her little sister, who is in high school, got jumped by a group of girls and she was also sexually assaulted. This wasn't the first time it had happened to her at this school either. If it was me, I would've been really pissed off if the same group of kids has attacked my child more than once. I'd be trying to get them expelled, really. I mean think about how these types of things makes the kids feel. The little girl who not too long ago committed suicide because of the fact that the bullying from her peers had gotten out of control.....IT'S SAD AND SHOULDN'T BE HAPPENING.

But I also blame the parents. Why? Because there has to be something that they aren't doing which is causing these kids to come to school and feel like they need to be dominant in some type of way. Usually when a kid is bullied, the bully is lacking something.....so I'd also advise that the school would make these kids that are bullying go to some type of counseling b/c this just isn't right!! If it was my kid, I'd be one pissed off parent.....and you REALLY wouldn't like me pissed off about something dealing with my child.
